Before you actually arrive at your destination our location manager will e-mail you, in order to make sure we understand what you want to get out of your holiday, and to discuss any particular plans you may have. Please let us know before leaving your country of origin if you would like us to arrange transport for your entire party. If you want to rent a car and a driver guide who will be available during all day. We have bilingual private drivers who speak English/Spanish, with a deep knowledge of the city, available for the entire day. They are able to give you any information; they can indicate the best restaurant, bars, domestic places where the locals go, all the places where you will find the best that the city can offer to you.
On arrival at your property a member of our team will ask you to sign an agreement accepting that the property is in the condition stated.
At the end of your stay our representative will check the villa before you leave, to confirm that the accommodation is in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
Property price includes:
- Electricity, water
- Bed linen, towels
- Welcome pack listing nearest beaches, restaurants, amenities etc, according to property.
Check in and Check out
- All properties are ready for occupation by 3 o'clock in the afternoon unless otherwise specified.
- All properties to be vacated no later than 12 o'clock at noon on day of departure.
